风险护理管理在医院急诊内科中实施效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨风险护理管理在医院急诊内科中的临床护理效果。方法：选取2013年6月-2015年6月笔者所在医院诊治的94例急诊内科患者资料进行分析，采用随机分组方法将患者分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用常规方法护理，试验组实施风险护理管理，比较两组护理效果。结果：试验组抢救物品完好率显著高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组护理缺陷发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05）；试验组消毒隔离、基础护理水平、护理文书规范性评分均显著高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组违规操作评分显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：医院急诊内科患者治疗过程中实施风险护理管理效果理想，能够提高护理质量，降低护理缺陷发生率，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 风险护理管理； 医院急诊内科； 护理效果 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）10-0087-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing effect of risk nursing management in hospital emergency internal medicine.Method：The data of 94 patients in emergency internal medicine in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed，according to the random sampling method，they were divided into the control group and the experimental group，the control group was given conventional methods of nursing，the experimental group was given of risk nursing management，the nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Result：The integrity rate of salvage items in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05），the nursing defect incidence of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （P0.05），the disinfection and isolation score，basic nursing level score，normative score of nursing documents in the experimental group，which were significantly higher than those in the control group （P0.05），the illegal operation score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hospital emergency internal medicine patients in the process of implementing the risk of nursing management effect，can improve the quality of care，reduce the incidence of nursing defects，it is worth promoting the application. 　　【Key words】 Risk care management； Hospital emergency internal medicine； Nursing effect 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Habahe County，Habahe 836700，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.10.046 　　急诊内科是医院比较特殊的科室，收治患者疾病类型较多且病情相对较复杂，包括心律失常
