黄芪颗粒联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察对妊娠糖尿病患者给予门冬胰岛素、黄芪颗粒联合治疗的临床疗效。方法 将2015年12月―2016年12月该院妇产科收治的68例妊娠糖尿病患者进行观察，采用随机分组法分为对照组、研究组，每组34例。所有患者均给予基础治疗，对照组同时使用门冬胰岛素治疗，研究组同时给予门冬胰岛素、黄芪颗粒联合治疗，治疗4周，观察两组治疗效果。 结果 治疗后，研究组餐后2 h血糖（2 hPBG）、空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（GHb）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）水平、血糖达标时间、胰岛素日使用量、低血糖发生率明显低于对照组，研究组餐后2 h尿C肽水平明显优于对照组，各组数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对妊娠糖尿病患者给予门冬胰岛素、黄芪颗粒联合治疗可以快速平稳的降低血糖、血脂水平，减少门冬胰岛素日使用量，疗效安全可靠。 　　[关键词] 妊娠糖尿病；门冬胰岛素；黄芪颗粒；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）02（b）-0085-02 　　Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Huangqi Granule and Insulin Aspart in Treatment of Gestational Diabetes 　　LIN Shan-shan 　　Endocrinology Department， Beijing Shijingshan Hospital， Beijing， 100000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Huangqi Granule and insulin aspart in treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods 68 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each， all patients were given the basic treatment， and the control group were treated with insulin aspart， while the research group were treated with Huangqi Granule and insulin aspart， and the treatment effect after four-week treatment was observed. Results After treatment， the 2 hPBG， FBG， GHb， TC， TG， standards-reaching time of blood glucose， daily usage of insulin in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group， and the 2 h urine c-peptid level in the research group was obviously better than those in the control group， and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The Huangqi granule and insulin aspart in treatment of gestational diabetes can rapidly and steadily reduce the blood glucose and blood liquid levels and reduce the daily usage of insulin aspart， and the curative effect is safety and reliable. 　　[Key words] Gestational diabetes； Insulin aspart； Huangqi granule； Clinic
