高龄胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期优质护理体会 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.84 　　摘 要 目的：探讨高龄胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法：将160例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的高龄患者随机分为优质护理组及常规护理组，对其心率、血压、AVS评分，并发症发生率，住院时间进行比较，评估护理效果。结果：优质组心率（89.25±11.42）次/分，舒张压（84.34±13.26）mmHg，收缩压（120.54±24.35）mmHg，VAS评分（3.4±1.9）分，并发症发生率10%，住院时间（10.8±1.1）天；常规护理组心率（106.65±13.28）次/分，舒张压（93.44±17.18）mmHg，收缩压（138.25±25.65）mmHg，VAS评分（4.5±2.1）分，并发症发生率22.5%，住院时间（15.2±2.3）天。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：优质护理能够有效缓解患者应激反应，改善临床症状，减少术后并发症，缩短住院时间，促进患者康复。 　　关键词 高龄患者 胆结石 腹腔镜 围手术期 优质护理 　　Experience of high quality nursing care for Peri operation period of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy of elderly patients with gallstone 　　Liu Hongxia 　　The Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xuanhan Country，Sichuan 636150 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the nursing methods of Peri operation period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy of elderly patients with gallstone.Methods：160 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected，they were randomly divided into the high quality nursing group and the conventional nursing group.We compared their heart rate，blood pressure，AVS score，complication rate and hospitalization time，in order to assess the effect of nursing.Results：In the high quality group，the heart rate was（89.25±11.42）times/mins，diastolic pressure was（84.34±13.26）mmHg，systolic blood pressure was（120.54±24.35）mmHg，VAS score was（3.4±1.9），complication rate was 10%，the hospitalization time was（10.8±1.1）days；in the usual care group，the heart rate was（106.65±13.28times/mins，diastolic pressure was（93.44±17.18）mmHg，systolic blood pressure was（138.25±25.65）mmHg，VAS score was（4.5±2.1），complication rate was 22.5%，the hospitalization time was（15.2±2.3）days.The two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing can relieve the stress reaction of patients，improve the clinical symptoms，reduce the postoperative complications，shorten hospital stay，and promote the rehabilitation of patients. 　　Key words Elderly patients；Gallstone；Lapar
