鲑鱼降钙素对小儿Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折内固定术后骨折愈合影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨鲑鱼降钙素对小儿Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折内固定术后骨折愈合的影响。方法：选取2013年2月-2014年7月本院收治的Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿78例，按随机数字表法将其分为试验组（n=41）和对照组（n=37），两组患儿均行闭合复位内固定术治疗，试验组患儿联合应用鲑鱼降钙素治疗，比较两组患儿术后7、15、30 d骨折愈合情况，并于术后3个月采用Flynn功能评定标准评价肘关节功能，观察两组患儿手术并发症及药物不良反应发生情况。结果：术后7 d时，两组患儿骨痂生长情况评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。术后15、30 d时，试验组患儿骨痂生长情况评分均明显高于对照组患儿，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：鲑鱼降钙素可有效促进小儿Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折内固定术后骨折愈合和术后肘关节功能的恢复。 　　【关键词】 Cortland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折； 内固定术； 鲑鱼降钙素； 骨折愈合 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the influence of fracture healing of Salmon Calcitonin applied to internal fixation treatment for Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fracture on children.Method：78 children with Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fracture treated by fixation in our hospital from February 2013 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group（n=41） and the control group（n=37） according to the random number table method，all the children accepted closed reduction and internal fixation therapy， and children in the experimental group were given Salmon Calcitonin on this basis.The fracture healing at 7，15，30 d after surgery were compared between the two groups，and the elbow joint function at 3 months after surgery was evaluated by Flynn functional evaluation criteria，and the complications and adverse drug reactions were observed.Result：7 days after surgery，there was no statistically significant difference in the bone callus growth score（P0.05），and the bone callus growth score of the experimental group at 15，30 days after surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Salmon Calcitonin applied to internal fixation treatment for Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fracture on children can effectively promote the fracture healing and the recovery of elbow function. 　　【Key words】 Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fracture； Internal fixation； Salmon Calcitonin； Fracture healing 　　First-author’s ad
