血清胱抑素C尿酸血浆脂蛋白水平和冠心病患者相关性研究 　　[摘要]目的 通过分析冠心病患者与健康患者的血清胱抑素C、尿酸、血浆脂蛋白（a）水平，探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度与血清胱抑素C、尿酸、血浆脂蛋白（a）水平的相关性。方法 研究纳入2011年12月～2013年12月在我院治疗的168例冠心病患者和90例健康患者，对两组患者晨起抽取外周静脉血来测定患者的血清胱抑素C、尿酸、血浆脂蛋白（a）水平，并对结果进行录入分析。 结果 单支、双支及多支病变患者血清胱抑素C水平显著低于健康患者（P0.05），而尿酸、血浆脂蛋白（a）水平冠心病患者则显著高于健康患者（P0.05）；稳定型心绞痛，不稳定型心绞痛，急性心梗型患者血清胱抑素C水平、尿酸及血浆脂蛋白（a）水平显著高于健康患者（P0.05）；血清尿酸水平与冠心病程度呈正相关性（r=0.68，P0.05）；血清胱抑素C、血浆脂蛋白（a）水平与冠心病中稳定心绞痛（r=0.45，P0.05）及不稳定心绞痛（r=0.39，P0.05）呈正相关性。 结论 冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度和病变支数与患者血清胱抑素C水平下降和尿酸、血浆脂蛋白（a）水平升高程度有相关性。 　　[关键词]冠心病；血清胱抑素C；尿酸；血浆脂蛋白（a）；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）06-159-03 　　Study on the correlation between the levels of Serum systation C， uric acid and plasma lipoprotein （a） in patients with coronary heart disease 　　ZHAO Feng 　　Department of Cardiology， Cardiovascular Disease Hospital in Shanxi Province， Taiyuan 030024，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the level of serum systation C， uric acid and plasma lipoprotein（a） in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy patients and explore the the correlation between them and coronary heart disease. Methods 168 patients with coronary heart disease and 90 healthy patients in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were extracted the peripheral venous blood in morning to test the level of serum systation C， uric acid and plasma lipoprotein（a） and the results were recorded and analyzed. Results The serum cystatin C level of single， double and multi vessel disease patients was significantly lower than healthy patients （P0.05）， and the uric acid， plasma lipoprotein （a） level in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy patients （P0.05）； the levels of Serum systation C， uric acid and plasma lipoprotein （a） in patients with stable angina， unstable angina， acute myocardial infarction were significantly higher than that in healthy patients （P0.05）； the level of serum uric acid was positively correlated with coronary heart disease （r=0.68，
