贵州省生态保护红线云GIS监管平台研究和实现 　　摘 要： 为了推进管控贵州省生态保护红线的信息化，采用VMware部署私有云环境，以Oracle和ArcSDE建立生态保护红线空间数据库，基于REST服务，B/S与C/S混合开发构建表现层，支持数据二维和三维显示、查询、在线编辑、地理处理、打印等功能，解决省级生态保护红线空间数据的分布式存储、规范化管理、快速发布及拓展应用等问题。设计方案适合开发周期短、低硬件配置的私有云环境，有效降低建设生态保护红线空间数据监管平台的开发和维护成本。建立生态保护红线云GIS监管平台，将资源开发利用、生态保护等领域信息数据进行高效整合和服务共享，为优化国土空间开发格局、推动生态文明建设提供技术支持。 　　关键词： 喀斯特地区； 生态保护红线； 空间数据； 云GIS； VMware； Oracle； ArcSDE 　　中图分类号： TN911?34； K903 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1004?373X（2018）08?0087?05 　　Abstract： To promote the informatization of the ecological protection redline management and control in Guizhou province， the VMware is used to deploy the private cloud environment， the Oracle and ArcSDE are used to build the ecological protection redline spatial database， and the mixed development of B/S and C/S is conducted to construct the presentation layer on the basis of REST service， so as to support 2D and 3D data display， query， online editing， geographic processing， printing and other functions， and solve the problems like distributed storage， standard management， quick release and application extending of provincial ecological protection redline spatial data. The design scheme is suitable for the private cloud environment with short development period and low hardware configuration， which can effectively reduce the development and maintenance cost of building the ecological protection redline spatial data monitoring platform.
