癌性贫血和血清促红细胞生成素关系研究 　　【摘要】目的：分析癌性贫血患者血清促红细胞生成素（Epo）的水平及其与血红蛋白（Hb）水平的关系。方法：对53例癌性贫血、71例癌症无贫血和20例正常对照的血清用ELISA法检测Epo值。结果：（1）癌性贫血组、癌症无贫血组、对照组的血清Epo分别为：（63.08±104.1）mu/ml、（12.48±9.96）mu/ml和（8.10±4.97）mu/ml。癌性贫血组与癌症无贫血组及与对照组相比较有统计学意义(分别为P0.05)。（2）癌性贫血患者的Epo水平与Hb水平存在负相关(r=-0.693，P0.001)。 结论：癌性贫血患者的Epo值高于癌症无贫血患者和正常人，并与Hb值呈负相关。 　　【关键词】癌性贫血；促红细胞生成素；血红蛋白 　　文章编号：1009-5519（2007）22-3328-02 中图分类号：R73 文献标识码：A 　　Study of the relationship between serum erythropoietin and carcinous anemia 　　LU Yi，PAN Xiang-tao，WANG Jin-hu，et al 　　（Department of Haematology and Oncology，Taicang Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University，Jiangsu 215400，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical significance of serum erythropoietin(EPO) level and the relationship between EPO level and Haemoglobin(Hb) level in patients with carcinous anemia for improving the life quality in cancer patients. Methods：The serum EPO level was detected in 38 cases of carcinous anemia，66 cases of cancer patients without anemia and 20 cases of normal controls.Results:The mean expressing level of the serum EPO in carcinous anemia group，cancer patients without anemia group and controls was （64.0±97.0）mu/ml、（12.6±11.4）mu/ml、（8.1±5.0）mu/ml respectively. The mean expressing level of the serum EPO in carcinous anemia group was significantly higher than that in cancer patients without anemia group and control group.There was no significant difference in the mean expressing level of the serum EPO between cancer patients without anemia group and control group.A negative correlation was found between the levels of EPO and Hb in carcinous anemia patients.Conclusion：The serum EPO level in patients with carcinous anemia was responsively increased. 　　【Key words】Carcinous anemia；Serum erythropoietin；Haemoglobin 　　 　　恶性肿瘤是严重危害人们身体健康的常见疾病，而贫血是恶性肿瘤患者常见症状，它可以显著降低患者的生存质量，因此成为晚期肿瘤临床治疗的一个重要方面。引起肿瘤患者贫血的原因很多，如失血、溶血、造血物质缺乏或利用障碍、骨髓浸润、抗肿瘤治疗对骨髓造血细胞抑制。促红细胞生成素( erythropoietin， Epo)主要由肾脏近曲小管附近的细胞合成和分泌，是调节红细胞生成和成熟的最重要的细胞因子，而且具有阻止红系祖细胞凋亡的功能[1
