脑梗死急性期血压观察和护理分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨脑梗死急性期血压观察与护理分析。方法：回顾性分析2009年4月-2012年4月期间本院门诊收治的40例急性脑梗死患者行血压管理及护理干预的临床资料，并观察护理干预前和干预后第7日收缩压/舒张压、神经功能缺损程度评分及平均住院时间。结果：所有患者均经积极治疗，并给予血压监测护理，同时依据血压情况给予个性化护理干预，无死亡病例，平均住院时间（15.6±1.3）d。干预后的血压及神经功能缺损程度评分明显优于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：加强脑梗死急性期血压观察和护理，及时调整血压，对改善预后质量有积极的临床意义，值得临床应用和推广。 　　【关键词】 脑梗死； 急性期； 血压观察 　　The Blood Pressure Observation and Nursing Analyze during Cerebral Infarction in Acute Stage/YE Jian.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：158-159 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the blood pressure observation and nursing analysis during cerebral infarction in acute stage. Method： Forty cases of acute cerebral infarction patients with clinical data and nursing intervention of blood pressure management were given a retrospective analysis from April 2009 to April 2012 in the hospital. The seven days’ systolic/diastolic blood pressure before and after the intervention、degree of neural function defect score and the average length of hospital stay were observed. Result： All patients were alive after active treatment and blood pressure monitoring nursing， at the same time to personalized nursing intervention according to blood pressure. The average hospitalization time was （15.6±1.3）d. After the intervention of blood pressure and the degree of neural function defect score subsidiary were better than that of before intervention， the difference were all statistically significant（P0.05）.
