社区医院现状和在校医学生择业倾向调查研究 　　摘 要 目的：了解在新医疗体制改革形势下，绍兴市内社区医院的发展现状和在校医学生的择业倾向。方法：采用问卷形式对绍兴市17家社区医院、社区医院所在地居民及绍兴文理学院医学院临床医学专业在校学生进行调查。结果：社区医院医护人员的学历以本科和大专为主，医龄以15年以上为主；18.5%的居民对社区医院的就诊环境感到满意，少于半数的居民对医护人员感到满意，仅25.8%的患者就诊时愿意选择刚毕业的本科医生；新医改政策出台后，72.2%的患者认为能承受目前的药价；只有少数在校医学生认为社区医院的就业前景乐观，并有深造的机会，两种观点间差别有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：社区医院应进一步加大资金投入，改善硬件设施及人员配置，提高医护人员的业务水平，提升社区医院形象，同时加大宣传力度，引导医学生合理择业，吸引优秀的人才投身社区医院的建设，使社区医院步入良性轨道。 　　关键词 新医改 社区医院 居民 医学生 　　 　　AbstractObjective:To know the present development of community hospitals in Saoxing and the medical students’career orientation under the new health reform.Methods:medical staffs and hardware facilities of 17community hositals in Soxing.local residents of these communities and the students in Shaoxing University of Medicine Clinical were invertigated in questionnaire which were designed by ourselves.Results:Only 18.5% of the residents are satisfied with the environment in community hospitial,less than half of the residents were satisfied with the medical staffs,only 25.8% of the patients would choose a doctor just graduated college,with the new medical reform coming out,72.2% of the patients thought they could sustain the current drug prices;Almost all of the staffs in community hospital are undergraduate and post-secondary education-based，acting as a doctor over 15 years;the views of the medical students on employment prospects of community hospitals were statistically significant different（X/sup2188.3,P＜0.01）,the post-graduate opportunities have statistically significant different（X/sup236.6,P＜0.01）.Conclusion:According to the resent,we should be residents-oriented of the vital interests in community,increase financial input to improve the hardware facilities and the staffing,improve the level of health care services of the Medical staffs,improve the image of community hospitals while increasing propaganda,guide the medical students to choose their career reasonably,attract talented people to join the construction of community hospitals
