大学本科毕业生创业的现状调查的研究分析 　　摘要： 采用量性研究与质性研究相结合的方法，以山东五所大学的本科毕业生为调查对象，主要研究大学本科毕业生的创业情况以及在创业过程中所遇到的问题及困难。研究发现大学生创业人数呈逐年递增状态，创业发展态势良好，但在创业过程中遇到了资金短缺、创业政策不熟悉、心理准备不足等问题，并针对这些问题提出合理化建议。 　　Abstract： Based on the combination of qualitative research and qualitative research， this paper took the undergraduates of five universities in Shandong as the research object， mainly studied the entrepreneurial situation of undergraduates and the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of entrepreneurship.
