II II THE TRAINNING OF TEACHERS OF CHINESE VOLUNTEERS ABSTRACT Teaching Chinese is not as easy as overseas Chinese language teaching in Chinese volunteer teachers professional quality put forward higher request, has a long way in Chinese international education, to carry out the cause, Chinese volunteer teachers training is the key. To provide teacher training education and education management department, ensure the quality to do a good job in teaching Chinese and spreading to the task, inseparable from the theory to practical guidance, but more important practical exercises. How to evaluate the effect of our teaching is also a key in the Chinese volunteers training. Language, teaching and cross-cultural the three dominated the direction of the volunteer training and the actual results of volunteer teaching will have a significant impact. How to go from old classroom teaching of language ontology knowledge to the new class of mutual transformation, which is of important guiding significance for the volunteer training. In this paper, by analyzing the existing HanBan volunteer training model, and according to the Thai local different schools to summarize the views of the volunteers, in the form of questionnaire to analysis the deficiency existing in the Chinese language volunteer teachers training, volunteer training should be put forward guidance idea, curriculum design, curriculum, training content, training process, training effect evaluation of organic combination, make practice training theme, pave the way for volunteers to work better in the future.
