中文摘要 中文摘要 万方数据 万方数据 论文题目：常压储罐完整性评价研究 专 业：石油与天然气工程 硕 士 生：马 洲 (签名) 指导教师：韩继勇(签名) 摘 要 近年来，常压储罐的的安全性和经济性越来越受到管理者的关注，其管理从最初基于 事故的管理模式，到之后的周期性维修管理模式，逐步发展为适用性更强的完整性管理模 式。其中完整性评价是完整性管理的核心内容，完整性评价包括完整性检测，沉降变形评 估以及剩余寿命预测三部分内容。 本论文建立在大量参考国内外常压储罐完整性管理相关文献基础上，针对完整性管理 中最核心的内容完整性评价做出更深入的研究，并将完整性评价理论知识应用到实际生产 中去。通过对大量的真实检测数据，包括全面检查表、罐底板声发射检测记录、超声波测 壁厚记录、沉降变形观测记录等一系类完整性检测信息做出认真分析处理；结合一系列国 家技术规法、标准，对实例储罐的完整性情况做出评价，并对该储罐剩余寿命进行预测， 进一步提出更合理的管理建议。 关 键 词：完整性评价 完整性检测 沉降变形 剩余寿命 论文类型：应用研究 II 英文摘要 英文摘要 Subject ： Research on Integrity Evaluation of Atmospheric Storage Tank Speciality： Oil and Gas Engineering Name ： Ma Zhou (signature) Instructor：Han Jiyong(signature ) ABSTRACT In recent years, managers has paid more attention to the safety and economy of atmospheric storage tank, and the management model is gradually developed into a more applicable integrity management model, from the initial management mode based on the accident to the later period of the maintenance management mode. Integrity assessment is the core content of integrity management, which includes three parts of the integrity test, settlement deformation assessment and remaining life prediction. This paper based on a large number of the relevant literature about the domestic and international reference tanks integrity management, in view of the core content of the integrity management, makes a more thorough research on the integrity assessment, and applies the theory of integrity assessment to the actual production. Through the large number of real test data inclouding comprehensive checklist, tank bottom plate acoustic emission testing records, ultrasonic wall thickness measurements recorded, settlement deformation observation record and so on a series of integrity inspection information to make a careful analysis of the process.
