PAGE PAGE 3 摘 要 党的十七大报告是我们党团结带领全国各族人民坚定不移走中国特色社会 主义道路，在新的历史起点上继续发展中国特色社会主义的政治宣言和行动纲 领。它不仅对我国社会主义现代化建设和改革开放具有重要的指导意义，而且 也是指导我国新时期思想政治教育工作的重要文献。报告在回顾总结改革开放 以来思想政治教育宝贵经验的基础上，结合新形势，总结新经验，对当前和今 后的思想政治教育工作提出了许多创新要求。 本文对报告关于思想政治教育工作任务内容、方针原则以及方式方法上的 创新之处作了初步研究和探讨，目的是把这些创新理论转化为开创思想政治教 育工作新局面的理论指南，推动思想政治教育工作更好地适应新形势，提高到 新水平，同时丰富思想政治教育的学科建设。本文研究方法主要采取文献检索 法、调查研究法和总结经验法。 我通过研究得出的结论是:十七大报告在继承我党思想政治教育基本原理 的基础上，结合当前新形势和新任务，又提出许多创新观点。报告在思想政治 教育重点任务上的创新是把对人的思想政治素质教育的要求具体化，提出大力 弘扬社会主义核心价值体系；在思想政治教育方针原则上的创新是正确认识和 处理了先进思想与其它社会思想的关系，提出了用社会主义核心价值体系引领 社会思潮的科学论断； 在思想政治教育方式方法上的创新是首次提出了思想政 治教育要注重心理疏导、以文化人、实践养成和机制保证。报告丰富了思想政 治教育的基本理论，为新时期思想政治教育的开展指明了方向，也为思想政治 教育学增添了新的内容。 【关键词】十七大报告；思想政治教育；理论创新；研究 Abstract Partys report are 17 of our party to unite and lead people of all nationalities with Chinese characteristics, unswervingly take the socialist road, in the new historical starting point to continue to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics of the Political Declaration and Program of Action. It is not only on Chinas socialist modernization, reform and opening up an important guiding significance, but also the guidance of Chinas ideological and political education of important documents. The report has been reviewed and summed up the reform and opening up the ideological and political education on the basis of valuable experience, combined with the new situation, sum up new experiences, and future of the current ideological and political education work demands a lot of innovation.
