柴油机CPF捕集及主被动再生性能的数值模拟研究-动力工程(内燃机)专业论文
ABSTRACT
Particulate Matter (PM) in diesel exhaust can do great harm to human’s respiratory system. As an effective way of promoting the passive regeneration of
PM, CPF(Catalytic Particular Filter) has already been developed and drew much
attention by the internal combustion engine researchers 。 In this paper, a CPF numerical model was proposed with experimental verification. The paper introduced PM catalytic regeneration percentage(??) as a criterion of CPF catalytic efficiency and
investigated the influence of inlet conditions and physical parameter on catalytic efficiency to select catalyst loading based on certain catalytic efficiency range;
Several factors that affected formation of soot layer and pressure drop of a filter were analyzed, which involved in various wall permeability, cell density, channel
diameter ratio (inlet to outlet);In addition, the effect of different shapes of channel,
wall permeability and soot permeability on pressure drop, frequency of active regeneration and maximum regeneration temperature were investigated;In the same time,the influence of the ash on the pressure drop of an empty filter is investigated
for different physical parameters of ash. The results show that:
For the continuous passive regeneration of soot layer and cake layer, in some contidions reaches the best CPF catalytic efficiency and high initial particle mass,channel diameter ratio causes high catalytic efficiency. For the depth layer the soot mass was burned from 657K to 710K.In addition the catalytic efficiency is related to temperature instead of exhaust components
The physical parameters of CPF such as porosity and the import and export ratio have little impact on the efficiency of catalyst.
With the increase of wall permeability , PM tends to deposit on axial ends of filter and distribute more uniform; With the increase of cell density and channel diameter ratio, the initial time of cake layer formation is earlier.
