Using Elivision (TM) PLUS / HRP Immunohistochemical staining and image analysis software IPP 6.0(Image-Pro-Plus 6.0) to record immunohistochemical staining pictures. Observing corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 1 and corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 2 expression in groups colon tissue by measuring the mean optical density. Results : 1. Corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 1 and corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 2 expressed in colon tissue in normal healthy control group, Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea-predominant group and Irritable bowel syndrome constipation group. In the normal control group, corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 1 and corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 2 immunohistochemical staining to light yellow-based distribution of confined,which the average optical density value of the center. Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea-predominant group corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 1 deep brown, the main distribution range more widely, which the average optical density values significantly higher than the Irritable bowel syndrome constipation group and the normal control group; Irritable bowel syndrome constipation group corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 2 staining deep brown, a wider range of distribution. Conclusion ： T
