Project Management is no only the general trend of the development of project constructing but also the development for the project supervision’s advancing to a certain level. Construction supervision and project management is a consistent theoretical basis. Chinas implementation of the project supervision system is actually established to implement the project management, which is based on the study of project management, and this is decided at the beginning of the establishment of project supervision system. Engineering construction administration and project management are all to help Construction Company reach the general goal of the construction project by controlling some events such as work time, cost, security and quality and so on. They have communality in responsibility and purpose. The obligation which can offer all-sided services of Administration Corporation need to be comprehensive. Considering from the owner’s angle, this essay dissertates the importance of the project management and the advantages and disadvantages of owners doing management, explaining the pressure of turning supervision into project management from another different angle.
