Abstract With the development of economy, information technology plays a very important role in management of enterprise. So every enterprise who wants to have a good future pays more attention to building information system. Real estate is a rising industry and also be becoming a mainstay in national economy. Today, we have a furious competitive market. How to improve managing skills and strength core competitiveness by using information technology is urgent problem for real estate enterprises to face with. This article is firstly make a brief introduction of this subject’s background and meaning, main researching content and the organize chart. Later it is based on the concept and characteristics of Real Estate Corporation’s information technology establishment, through the introduction of current situation of Real Estate Corporation’s information technology domestic and outboard, clarify the necessity of the establishment of Real Estate Corporation’s information technology. In this article I hold one of Real Estate Corporation as sample, analysis its current situation point out its problems and also make action suggestions. According to the development trend of whole Real Estate, combined with this company’s strategy and aim, through the analysis its business process and resulted its information technology needs and also its future plan. In the case of its plan, this article raise up some problems that needed to pay attention during the process, give a brief introduction of its benefits and risks and also with related guaranteed actions. In the end of this article, based on the former analysis of the process of Real Estate Corporation’s information technology’s standardization, point out the common problems they will face, raise up the experience and meaning for other similar company in Real Estate industry.
