摘 要 摘 要 应社会发展的需要，在素质教育影响下，全国自上而下展开新课程改革，在此推 动下，课堂教学方式与课堂组织管理方式不断推陈出新。自新课程改革开始以来，被 广泛提倡的小组合作学习，早已经变为初中阶段主要的课堂研习方式。它在激励学生 学习兴趣，调动学生积极性，活跃课堂气氛等方面的确是效果显著，但是在实际教学 中，由于教师缺乏有效地课堂教学管理意识及策略，小组合作学习的效果并不理想。因 此，本文通过问卷调查的方法，对选取的调查研究对象 S 校，展开调查研究及数据整 理，进而查寻初中课堂小组合作学习存在的问题，分析存在问题的原因，并从组织管 理方面给出有效应对策略，最终协助教师改革课堂教学管理模式，提高课堂教学质量， 帮助学生真正成为课堂的主体，成为学习的主人。 关键字 初中 小组合作学习 课堂管理 Abstract Abstract In order to meet the needs of the development of society with the influence of the quality education, China has begun to carry out the new top-down curriculum reform. Under the push, classroom teaching methods and classroom organization management mode change constantly. Since the start of new curriculum reform, group cooperative learning, which is widely advocated, has become the main classroom learning way of junior high school students. It has obvious effects on motivating students learning interest, arousing the enthusiasm of students, and making the classroom atmosphere active. But in practical teaching, group cooperative learning doesn’t work efficiently because of the lack of effective consciousness of classroom teaching management and strategies. Therefore, this article selects the research object, S School, as a target subject. Based on the questionnaire survey method, investigation research and sorting data, the writer tries to search the problems existing in classroom cooperative learning groups in the junior middle schools. The existing causes are analyzed, and effective strategies are given from the aspects of organization and management. This will eventually help teachers reform the classroom teaching management model and improve the quality of classroom teaching. In the end, hoping this can help students truly become the main body of the classroom and become the master of learning.
