THE RESEACH AND OPTIMIZATION OF MATERIAL ORDERING SYSTEM ABSTRACT It is more and more difficult for Auto manufacturer to make product built plan and material ordering plan because of market competition and the demand variation costumers. The fluctuation of product built plan will cause the bigger fluctuation of material ordering plan. It will bring a lot of inconvenience to suppliers, on the other hand, this trouble will also influence on auto manufacturer. The efficiency of supply chain will be weakened. Therefore the research and optimization of material ordering plan will help to reduce the impact from manufacturing fluctuation. It is beneficial to arrange working-plan, optimize inventory and smooth demand fluctuation. Based on available theory and method, this article will focus on research and improvement of material plan. Furthermore, Wedesign the material optimization system and put it into use. The different supply chain management is analysized and compared between domestic and overseas auto manufacturer. We renew the process of ordering CKD part, optimize the inventory of machine assembly and CKD parts and research algorithm of material ordering plan. Based on the above, we design material optimization system to smooth material plan fluctuation, shorten ordering circle, reduced inventory. This system is greatly beneficial to reduce logistics cost and improve efficiency of supply chain.
