Abstract Title: The Research on Entrepreneurs Innovation 8ehavior and the Relation between Enterprise Innovation Model and Performance Major: Management Science and Engineering Name: Zhang Min Supervisor: Prof. Zhang Daohong Prof. Hu Haiqing Abstract To construct the innovation system with enterprises as the main body has become national strategy，since the innovation-driven development strategy was brought up. New enterprises shoulder great responsibilities of research findings commercialization ，traditional industry upgrading and competitive industries breeding. It is positive to the rate of success in breeding new companies and innovative atmosphere that we caηy researches on the innovative behavior of entrepreneurs who are crucial to innovation. It depends on the behavioral route selection of entrepreneurs in choosing innovation model. The effective theoretical logic of guidance can be brought ，provided that we study how the innovative behavior affects innovation model selection. First，the connotation of innovative behavior is redefined in the essay. We study entrepreneurs as our objects and，at the angle of entrepreneurs idiosyncrasy and spirit， systematically comb the influencing factors of their innovative behavior with the behavioral theory of how mental motives influence conducts. Empirical validation has been done on the relationship among entrepreneurs acuteness ，private connection as well as uncertainty tolerance and risk partiality that are three new elements in the article. With entrepreneurs idiosyncrasy as dominant variable ，we found that positive correlation exists in entrepreneurs acuteness and innovative behavior，which means that the more acute the entreprene旧s are，the more capable of them in finding opportunities of technological innovation and taking actions.
