田湾核电站34号机组凝结水精处理系统控制系统 采购的方案分析 　　【摘 要】 压水堆核电站设置凝结水精处理系统可去除凝结水中的腐蚀产物和离子杂质，有利于保证二回路水质、蒸发器安全运行和延长其使用寿命。田湾3、4号核电机组蒸发器采用不锈钢材质，这就对凝结水品质和凝结水精处理系统提出了更高的要求。根据田湾3、4号机组预案，凝结水精处理系统拟取消就地操作员站（就地PLC控制系统），将采集信号直接接入全厂主控DCS，由主控DCS完成对该系统的自动控制，凝结水精处理的控制系统由不熟悉工艺设计的DCS厂家供货。以凝结水精处理系统自身工艺和控制特点为基础，参考以往项目经验和教训，对该预案在项目执行过程、投资、投运方面的风险进行了分析，得出了凝结水精处理系统的设备和控制系统应由成熟的工艺设备厂家成套供货，并在精处理厂房设置就地操作员站的结论。 　　Abstract pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant is set to condensate polishing system to remove condensation water corrosion products and ionic impurities, is conducive to ensure the two-loop water quality, safe operation and extend the life of the evaporator.
