在一些大型企业屮，为了增加员工之间的凝聚力和塑造良好的企业文化，一般都拥 有内部的员工工会來组织管理一些信息，比如活动、通知等。在现今信息化的潮流卜*, 传统的工会己经不能满足年轻一代所需要的高便捷性、快速性、分享性的要求，因此我 想设计一个工会网站系统来取代传统的板报式的工会系统。 本系统结合软件工程的思想，通过对企业内工会员工的需求进行了深入的研究，实 现了发布工会通知、组织工会活动、工会团购、成员发布租赁及二手信息等功能。木系 统有两种角色，一种是用户，他们在工会网站注册之后，就可以在网站内参与互动。另 一种角色是公司管理员，他负责发布通知，审查成员发布的信息，发起活动，还可以上 传一些文件供成员下载。 该系统基于B/S模式，通过Q1L建模语言对整个系统的需求进行阁形化建模，采用 ASP.NET 技术，平台为 Visual Studio 2010 和 SQL Server 2008 R2。在前台使用 ajax 动 态响应等技术并美化使用界面，提升用户的体验。最后使用黑盒测试方法，对系统进行 测试。 通过对系统的设计，体会软件工程设计的流程和思想，缩短开发周期，提高幵发效 率，使得开发流程规范化，方便对项B的控制和进度管理。 关键词：工会管理；企业工会系统；企业活动管理Design and Implementation of Corporation Union ManagementSystem Abstract In some large companies，in order to increase the cohesion between employees and create a good corporate culture，and generally have internal staff unions to organize manage some information，such as activities，notifications, etc..
