XUJin-chuan,GAOZhao.TheMedical andHealthCenter,PeoplesHospitalofHainanProvince,Haikou570311,Hainan,CHINA 【Abstract 】 Coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation are the most common cardiovascular diseases, whose complications, such as heart failure, arrhythmia and ischemic stroke, result in high mortality and disability rates. Antithrombotic agents, including antiplatelet and anticoagulant agents, play an unparalleled important role in the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation.
