九针临床应用的古今文献整理研究 中 文 摘 要 目的 ：整理古代和现代文献中有关九针形状、操作及主治病症（功 用）的记载。归纳总结九针的形状特点，常用主治病症所属的疾病系统， 对比古今主治病症的异同，探讨九针的形状及临床应用特点和规律。提 高九针形状与主治病症（功用）相关性的认识，从而了解九针的临床应 用情况，分析其原因，发掘九针中有利于针灸临床的信息。 方法 ： 使用湖南电子 音像 出版社出版的《中华医典》第四版查阅 古代文献，总结古籍中九针的形状、操作及主治病症（功用）的记载； 以中国知网（CNKI）、维普数据库及万方数据库为基础，查阅(1953 年至 今)发表在国内医学杂志上有关九针的文章，以了解其应用现状，总结其 主治病症规律。并建立相应的数据库录入古今文献资料。 结果 ：通过查阅古代文献，记载九针及各针具的形状、操作、主治 病症（功用）的重要文献约 1038 条；现代有关于九针临床应用的约 6618 条。经统计分析，针具的形状随着各个朝代的冶金业的发展越趋精细， 古今常用主治病症存在一定的差异。古代九针的临床应用范围广泛，涉 及内、外、妇、儿、骨伤、皮肤、五官等各科疾病，而现代针灸临床中 部分针具（如：圆利针、圆针、鍉针、鑱针、铍针）的使用率较低。 结论 ：（ 1 ） 九针根据形状和主治病症（功用）可分为三类：第一 类为形状细长，针尖锋利，用于针刺的圆利针、长针、毫针、大针；第 二类为针尖圆钝，用于按摩的圆针和鍉针；第三类为锋如刀刃，能在体 表浅刺放血或切开排脓的鑱针、锋针（三棱针）、铍针，即古代简单的手 术器械。（2）九针中的第二类按摩器具及第三类手术器械已鲜见于现代 临床中，其主要原因为现代推拿学以纯手法疗法为主，及中医外科手术 疗法逐渐被现代外科所取代。（3）逐渐被遗弃的九针疗法，仍有值得探 讨和有益于针灸临床的信息。 关键词: 九针，文献研究，临床应用 Classification and research on literature of Nine needle ABSTRACT Objective: To research the Nine needle’s shape, operation and main medical (function) from ancient and modern literature.
