深圳粤宝公司的核心竞争力优化研究 摘要 企业核心竞争力是决定企业能否立足当今竞争激烈的市场的重要因素。入世以来，中 国企业不仅面临前所未有的机遇，也要应对各种严峻挑战。目前我国民营企业存在很多问 题，比如体制方面不健全、缺乏创新能力、企业理念不先进、缺乏企业文化等等。我国私 营企业发展还不够成熟，在建立、发展、出口方面都存在有待完善的问题，这些问题涉及 到企业自身的，也涉及到社会的和政府的，涉及经济的也涉及法律的。如果企业不及时创 新，完善管理，就会遭遇淘汰的危险。本文通过对深圳粤宝公司的实况研究，旨在探讨提 高企业核心竞争力之道。首先是绪论部分，包括介绍选题背景及研究意义以及文献综述部 分；第二章概述企业核心竞争力，包括其构成要素和特征；第三章分析深圳粤宝公司的竞 争力状况，有劳动力优势和环境优势，但是也有劣势，比如缺乏高新技术人员、技术竞争 力欠缺、品牌竞争力不强；第四章介绍提高粤宝公司核心竞争力的途径，首先分析出影响 深圳粤宝电子工业总公司核心竞争力的因素有外因和内因，再研究提高核心竞争力对策。 关键词：企业核心竞争力；深圳粤宝公司；创新；管理 1 Abstract The core competitiveness of an enterprise is the key elements for it to stand the fierce competition in the world. After china has entered WTO, it faces both challenges and opportunities. At present, the private sector has many problems, like unsound system, lack of creativeness, out-dated concept, etc. The private sector in China still is not mature enough in its development and export aspects. These problems are related to enterprises, society and government. If don’t value creativeness and improve management ability, some enterprises will face the danger of getting out. This paper tries to explore the ways of development through the analysis of Shenzhen Yuebao LTD. The first part is introduction including the research background and importance of the research and the introduction of relative theories. The second part is about core competitiveness including its components and features. The third part is the status quo of Shenzhen Yuebao LTD. It has advantage of labor and environment, but it also has disadvantages of
