II II Abstract Innovative talents are the main force of the construction of innovative country.In order to meet the needs of the construction of innovative country,high school must take fostering innovative talents as the fundamental task. Constantly improving the quality of talent training, and make positive contributions to the construction of innovative country.Therefore, the foster of innovative talents becomes a major mission for high school and all educators. The training of high school innovative talents is a systemic project,and it takes innovation as the soul,relatively to the traditional education.It is an important part of the national innovation systems.High school takes the missions of knowledge innovation and the talent training.At present, there is a series of questions in the training of innovative talents in high school,such as system abuses, single mode,the lagging of t eaching method and the unsound evaluation mechanism.It is not accommodated with the aim of the construction of innovative country. The main causes of these problems lie in the negative impact of the traditional culture and the traditiona of education. To tackle these problems,high school should follow these aspects,that is changing the training patterns, reforming teaching method, creating good environments, improving the system of evaluations,developing innovative thinking, take active participation and learning the experience of abroad universities. with a view to improve the quality of the training of innovative talents and better serve the contributions of the construction of innovative country.
