The quality standards research of Liparisnervosa Herba Abstract: Objective: Because there is no normative quality standard of Liparis -nervosa Herba, only posted its origin, character, efficacy.No roots, stems, leaves, fruits, seeds and powder characteristics of the evaluation standard, no total ash and acid insoluble ash content inspecttion, no extract and water content of the examin -ation.So, Liparis-nervosa Herba′s quality standards to be further improved and perfected．This study of Liparisnervosa through research on pharmacognosy andquality standards，establish the draft of the pharmacognosy and quality standards, for further development and utilization of Liparisnervosa resources provide the scientific basis. Methods :1. Liparisnervosa′s source and characters of pharma -cognosy identification；2. To its roots, stems, leaves we do slice observation;3. To its powder smear we do microscopic observation;4. The active ingredients we extraction and separation it,and do initial physical and chemical identification, to further determine the effective component reference;5. According to the methods of The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition determining the Liparisnervosa′s total ash, acid insoluble ash content, water content, water soluble extract content；6. The 1, 3-2 linoleic acid glyceride for reference substance to the thin layer chromato -graphy test；7. Because there is no documents prove the effective ingredients just a single one,so we use acid-base titration method of the total alkaloid content. Results: Through the relevant literature and reasonable experiment to obtained the corresponding technical indicators and data: 1.Pharmacognosy standard: The specific identification features of the studies in pharmacognosy paper;2.Experi -mental data shows: the Liparisnervosa herba’s extract water-soluble using the hot dip method to determine the content in the range of 20.97% ~ 21.86%, average content of 21.45%, so we tentatively set it is water-soluble extract heat leach
