摘要目前我国已建立了“奖、助、补、贷”多元化研究生资助体系， 摘要 目前我国已建立了“奖、助、补、贷”多元化研究生资助体系， 勉强能保证部分研究生的基本生活需要，但其力度、面仍与研究生教 育的实际需求有差距，使研究生不能集中精力于学习与研究，导致研 究生的培养质量呈下降的趋势。教育部在2007年工作要点中提出，积 极开展研究生培养机制改革试点工作，建立和完善以科学为主导的导 师负责制与资助制。本文试图探讨怎样来建立新型的研究生奖助体系。 本文根据人力资本理论、教育机会公平等理论、成本分担理论的有 关观点，通过对发达国家美、日、英三国研究生资助体系的比较研究， 分析了当前我国研究生奖助体系的现状与所存在的问题，如奖助力度 与奖助面有限、资金来源不宽以及管理体制不完善。最后，从我国研 究生教育实际情况出发，从资助强度与面、建立竞争性的奖助机制、 导师资助制、拓宽资金来源渠道等四个方面对我国新型研究生教育奖 助机制的构建提出了一系列可行性建议。 关键词研究生，奖助体系，导师资助制，研究生培养机制改革 Probe Probe into the establishment of newly postgraduate supporting system ABSTRACT At present，the various supporting system of postgraduate named “scholarship、assistant、subsidize、student-loan’has been established in our country．But it only can reluctantly meet the basic living demand of postgraduate，which can’t make postgraduate fully concentrate on study and research．In the 2007 Working Outline，the Ministry of Eduction pointed out，the reform of postgraduate cultivate mechanism should be experimented actively,and its main task is to establish supervision aid system and perfect supporting system．This passage mainly talks about how to establish the newly postgraduate supporting system． This study is based on the theory of the human capital，higher educmional justice and educational cost particle theory，which sustaining the postgraduate supporting system．Through mainly analyzing the postgraduate supporting system in the developed countries，such as America、England and Japan，the passage concludes the problems existing in the present postgraduate supporting system in our country．The last part gives some advice on how to establish newly postgraduate supporting system，to broaden the chance and raise the aid，to get more fund from Ⅱ di di fferent channels，to establish competitive supporting system，to carry out supervision aid system． KEY WORDS postgraduate supporting system，supervision aid system，reform of postgraduate cultivate system III 原创性声明本人声明，所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究 原创性声明 本人声明，所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究 工作及取得的研究成果。尽我所知，除了论文中
