Abst Abst ract In recent years，it is te盯ible increasingly of the st曲ilization of power system as that power system runs more closely to terminal state．Under some emergent cases，it not only can ensure power system to mn safely aJld steadily，but aVoid country economy a11d production 10se terribly if taking emergent control accident．Then it becomes the interested problem for researcher how to take emergent control well and aptly．The mostly aim of research in mis thesis is t}lat印plying the t11eory of hybrid system which is eme唱ing to the eme唱ent control of power system． In this thesis，the scheme of emergent control of power system is矗rstly put forward in accordallce with the t11eory ofhybrid system on the baSe of aIlalyzing the hybrid character of power system．This scheme provides specific fr锄ework for the succedent chapters．Secondly the model of fault diagnosis used by如zzy Pe嫡nets is established in accordance with me info珊ation of protection of power system and considering me uncenainty of action of pmtection．Then me model of fault identification is estabIished，in which“needs ReaI．time data of power system in this mesis．So applying SHGM estimation method to estimate t11e c01Iected data，it ensures the reliability and Veracity of data．Then the model of decision—making system of emergent comrol used by din’ercntial Petri nets is established on me base of a11alyzing aim and mealls of con仃01 of po、ver system，aIld me computational approach of t11is model is put fonvard in mis thesis．Furthennore the memod implementing optimal comml measurcs is provided considering the economy of power system in t11is tllesis．Lastly it simulates a typical flve machines system in血is thesis．The result of tlle simulation illustrates tllat me con扛01 scheme Dresented in this thesis possesses notable action and fine e矗cct to res仃ain serious sporadic disturballce，mereby improves t11e stability ofpower system． Key words hybrid po、ver system；eme唱ent contIDl；Pe仃i ncts；hybrid control system II 第l章绪论第一章
