建筑遗产保护中几个重要概念考辨-建筑历史与理论专业论文.docxVIP

摘要 我国现代意义上的建筑遗产保护事业起步较罔外晚，而关于建筑遗产保护理 论方面的研究相对于实践明显不足。本文着眼于对遗产保护中保护理念的发 展、遗产的价值评估及真实性原则这三个建筑遗产保护相关概念进行溯 源，并通过对《威尼斯宪章》及《奈良文件》等相关文件与《中华人民共和国文 物保护法》、《中国文物古迹保护准则》等法规条文的深入解读，以研究发展时代 (. 为顺序，对这些相关概念的实际指导方法进行讨论。并籍此提出应提高前期研究 工作，以及价值评估在我国建筑遗产保护过程巾的比重。问时，文章就建筑遗产 的评估标准、及管理机制等诸多问题提山了探索性建议。 也 关键词: 建筑遗产保护:保存现状:恢复原状:价值评估:真实性原则 、 ABSTRACT Comparing with the foreign，也e development of the architectural heritage conservation in our coun盯 is late，while the researching about 伽由eorys of the 町chitec阳ral heritage conservation is insufficient.The paper traces to 由e source of the relevant conc叩ts about architectural heritage conservation，value assessment and au由enticity.
