AbStrflctTitle： AbStrflct Title： RESEARCH INTO THE TESTING SYSTEM OF THE OFFSET MACHINE Major： Packaging Engineering Name： Xiaoke CHU Signature： Supervisor：Associate P∞f．Yingwei HUANG Signature： Associate Prof．Qinghai ZHAO Signature： Abstract Nowadays in the nation研nting industry,printing machine’S imports are much more than its exports．It shows that the general performances of homemade printing machine，relative to the world’S six leading nameplates，are worse than theirs．The main reason is that the inside parts of some homemade printing machines will be bad vibrations after them are used with period of time．111e quality of the presswork．the efficiency of the printing and the time of the use will be badly effected by the vibrations．We should find out the bad vibrations on the priting machine before we want to avoid them． With an eye to experiment，on the purpose of the sampling and analysis the vibrations of homemade offset machine．I design and empolder the testing system of offset machine．This article has three parts．Firstly,introduce the basic knowledge and how to bulid the testing system．Secondly,talk about the three parts of the testing system in deail，hardware，sampling software and analysis softwar,with the thesis and methods．Lastly,use the testing system to sample the signals of vibration of the homenade offset machine and analyse those datas witll two methods． Through the several—group analysis，I compare the vibrant cites ofthe whole machine with the sending roller．Through the single-group analysis，I filter the vibration signal which is main frequency．In the end of the thesis I sum up the seemly operation speed of this offset machine and analyse the main reason which causes the vibration．111e testing system has been proved right witll the result of an experiment．nlis method offers a effective experiment mean which Can help to research the offset machine’S vibrant performance． Key words：offset machine；signal ofvibration；testing system 独创性声明秉承祖国优良道德传统和学校的严谨学
