西安建筑科技大学硕士论文酒钢高炉降焦节能综合分析研究 西安建筑科技大学硕士论文 酒钢高炉降焦节能综合分析研究 专 业：冶金工程 硕士生：崔聚荣 指导教师：兰新哲教授 马质廉高工 摘 要 降焦节能是当前高炉炼铁的关键难题之一，高炉冶炼过程中的焦比和燃料比高低．是衡量高 炉能否获得优良技术经济指标的重要参数．从长远意义上讲是决定高炉炼铁能否实现可持续发展 的关键。本论文以酒钢高炉尤其是l#高炉为研究对象，根据酒钢高炉生产焦比的现状，在深入调 查研究和现场实验基础上，结合本人多年实际操作和高炉生产管理经验，分析研究了降低酒钢高 炉焦比的途径，论述了高炉操作和技术管理与降焦节能之间的关系。在理论分析与实践研究的基 础上，结合酒钢高炉冶炼的生产状况，以大量的生产数据为依据，对酒钢高炉降焦节能进行了对 比分析，在不断优化和实践的过程中，探索出了酒钢高炉降焦节能的具体措施，并应用于指导酒 钢高炉降焦节能实践，使酒钢高炉入炉焦比大幅度的降低，为企业带来巨大的经济效益。 关键词：酒钢： 高炉： 降焦节能； 措施； 生产实践 论文类型：应用技术研究 嚣安逡筑秘菝支学硕士论文Comprehensive 嚣安逡筑秘菝支学硕士论文 Comprehensive study of decreasing Coke consumption and saving energy of the BF Jiuquan Iron and Steel Cooperation Major：Metallurgical Engineering 漩。S。Degree Student：Cui Jurong Advisor：Pro￡Lan Xinzhe Prof．Ma Zhilian Abstract Decreasing coke consumption and saving energy of BF during iron making process is one of the key projects in the current iron and steel making industry．The ratio of the coke usage and the consumption of the fud in the BF is one of the most important parameters which represents the technical and economical index lever as well as relate to the sustainable development of the]iF for iron making．This thesis deals with the decreasing of coke and energy consumption of the BF of the Jiuquan Iron and Steel Cooperation especiaUy the N01．BF．According to the coke consumption ratio and conditions of the BF production，with extensive investigation and plant tests， combining with personal experience of operating and managing the BF of the Jiuquan Iron and Steel Coperation，the author has discussed the relationship between the BF operation and technical management with the coke and energy saving systematically． Based on theoretical study and practical operat沁n，by analyzing the collected production data，a comparison study has been made．With progressive trial and optimization,several measurements have been proposed，with which tremendous decreasing of coke and energy has been achieved in the BF of the Jiuquan Iron and Steel Cooperation in the last few years。Theref
