云南某高校2020名新生乙型肝炎病毒携带率调查 姚素华1陈兆芳2(通讯作者)罗红丽1武有聪3 (1大理州人民医院神经内科 云南 大理 671000) (2云南大理卫牛学校病药微教研室 云南 大理 671000) (3大理大学基础医学院病原牛物学综合实验室 云南 大理 671000) 【摘要】目的：调查云南某高校新牛乙型肝炎病毒携带率，为乙型肝炎病 毒的流行病学调查提供参考。方法：采集2009级入学新生血液，利用酶联免疫 吸附试验检测血清中乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg),并用SPSS18.0统计分析。 结果：2020名大学生中检出HBsAg阳性者79名，其中男生32名,女生47名; 汉族学牛55名，少数民族学牛24名；云南省内学牛41名，云南省外学生38 名；城市户口学生28名，农村户口 51名。总体HBsAg携带率为3.91%,男生携 带率为4.42%,女生为3.63%(chi;2=0.778, P二0.403)；汉族学生携带率为3.83%, 少数民族为4.12% (chi;2二0.092, P二0.8)；云南省内学生携带率为3.08%,省外 为5.52% (chi;2二7.162, P=0.011)；城市户口学生携带率为3.29%,农村学生为 4.36% (chi;2=1.507, P二0.246)。结论：该校该年级新生乙型肝炎病毒携带率低 于全国平均水平，云南省外学牛携带率高于省内学牛，男生与女生之间，汉族与 少数民族学牛之间，城市与农村户口学牛之间携带率无统计学意义。 【关键词】携带率；HBsAg;大学生；云南高校 【中图分类号】R512.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 08-0078-02 Investigation on the carrier rate of hepatitis B virus of 2020 college students in Yunnan Yao Suhua. Dali prefecture Peoplersquo;s Hospital, 671000, Dali,Yunnan, P.R.China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the HBsAg carrier rate of college students in Yun nan, and to provide the epidemiological references of hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was employed for detection of HBsAg in the serum, SPSS18.0 for analysis. Results Among 2020 college students, 79 carried HBsAg, 32 were male students, 47 were female students; 55 were Han nationality, 24 were minority nationalities; 41 come from Yunnan provinee, 38 were out of Yunnan provinee; 28 were from city, 51 from rural area.
