PAGE PAGE 1 UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测效果评价 安邦权叶艾竹凌晓午杨亚军王茂玲杨眉夏世勤张建中华医学实践杂志2004年12月第3卷第12期 　【摘要】目的评价UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪的检测效果。方法检测UF-100法有关性能指标，并随机选择143例住院病人尿标本，同时用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、DiaSysR/S2003尿沉渣分析工作站、尿干化学分析仪及显微镜检测，比较其主要参数结果。结果UF-100法检测RBC和WBC的精密度分别为CV3.8%和7.8%、平均准确率分别为100.8%和99.7%、平均误差分别为3.6%和6.6%、污染率分别为0.8%和1.8%。UF-100法检测尿RBC、WBC、管型时分别易受细菌和草酸钙结晶等、小圆上皮细胞和移行上皮细胞等、粘液丝和有形杂质等的影响，产生一定的假阳性，使其与其他三种方法结果比较差异有显著性（Plt;0.05）。结论UF-100法对样本RBC、WBC等主要有形成分的检测精密度高，准确性和线性好，携带污染率低，与干化学法联合过筛，结合R/S2003工作站或常规镜检复查可疑标本，可大大提高其检测效果。 　　关键词UF-100尿沉渣仪尿干化学分析R/S2003尿沉渣工作站尿沉渣镜检 　　EvaluationoftheexaminationeffectoftheUF-100autoflowurinesedimentanalyzer 　　AnBangquan，YeAizhu，LingXiaowu，etal. 　　DepartmentofClinicalLaboratory，GuizhouProvincialPeople’sHospital，Guiyang550002. 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveToevaluatetheexaminationeffectoftheUF-100autoflowurinesedimentanalyzer.MethodsToevaluatethefunctionalindexesoftheUF-100analyzer，143urinesampleswereselectedatrandomwhichwerefromthepatientswhowereinhospital.ThesamplesweretestedatthesamebytheUF-100urinesediˉmentanalyzer，DiaSysR/S2003urinesedimentanalyticalstation，urinedrychemistryanalyzerandmicroscopicexˉaminationofurinesediment.Theresultsofthesemethodswerecompared.ResultsTheprecisionsoftheRBCandWBCwhichweretestedbytheUF-100analyzerwere3.8%and7.8%respectively.Theabsolutevalueoftheavˉerageaccuracywere100.8%and99.7%respeceively;Thatoftheaverageerrorwere3.6%and6.6%respectively;Andthecoefficientofproductmomentcorrelation（r）were0.999and0.996;Thecarryoverratewere0.8%and1.8%.UsingtheUF-100totesttheRBC，WBCandcastsinurine，resultswereaffectedbythebacteria，calciumoxalatecrystals，epithelium，transtionalepithelium，mucousfilament，visibleimpurityandsoonrespectively.Sotherewerecertainfalsepositivewhichmadetheresultsproducemarkeddifferencecomparedtheotherthreemethods（Plt;0.05）.ConclusionUsetheUF-100analrzertotesttheprimarycompositionoftheurine，forexampleRBCandWBC，itsprecision，accuracyandlinearwerewell，anditscarryoverratewaslow.UnitetheUF-100andthedrychemistrymethodtoshiftsample，andcombinet
