茶色素和山楂提取物组合减肥功能评价  1 2 3 1,3* 喻天烨 ，娄宣科 ，杨苏蓓 ，张如松 (1.浙江中医药大学，杭州 310053 ；2.杭州高莼茶色素有限公司，杭州 310024 ； 3.浙江省中药研究所有限公司，杭州 310023) 摘要：目的 评价茶色素和山楂提取物组合对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法 采用高热量食物喂养制备肥胖大鼠模 型，设对照组、模型组、茶色素和山楂提取物组合高剂量组(相当于人用推荐量的20 倍) 、低剂量组(相当于人用推荐量的 5 倍) 。每周记录给食量、剩食量，称体质量1 次。给药6 周后，称体质量，麻醉，解剖取肾周围脂肪、睾丸周围脂肪， 并称定质量，计算脂/体比。结果 茶色素和山楂提取物组合高、低剂量与模型组比较，进食量无明显差异，且均能减轻 模型大鼠体质量，减少体内脂肪质量(睾丸周围脂肪垫、肾周围脂肪垫) ，降低脂/体比，其中高剂量组尤为显著(P0.05) 。 结论 茶色素和山楂提取物组合对营养性肥胖大鼠具有减肥作用。 关键词：茶色素；山楂提取物；减肥 中图分类号：R285.5 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1007-7693(2018)10-1517-04 DOI: 10.13748/ki.issn1007-7693.2018.10.019 引用本文：喻天烨, 娄宣科, 杨苏蓓, 等. 茶色素和山楂提取物组合减肥功能评价[J]. 中国现代应用药学, 2018, 35(10): 1517-1520.
