成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 基于语言学的中医学常用词语浅论 基于语言学的中医学常用词语浅论 I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘要 语言是人类重要的交际工具，通过对语言学的研究，可以明白人类的表述方 法。语言实质是人类约定俗成的，用于交流的一种符号系统。 由于时代的变迁，地域的不同，古今中外，人类所用的音形符号，存在差异， 即使对相同事物的描述，也各有不同。因此，通过对语言学的研究，明白人类表 述方法的相同点与不同点之后，可以使古今中外更好地融会贯通。对中医学而言， 可以帮助现代人比较容易地了解古代著作，亦使现代中医表达更加准确具体，使 中医学术的继承、发展、交流及推广更方便合理。 中医学词语当中，许多词语意义存在变化，故例举最常用的阴阳、五脏等词， 从语言学方面进行阐释，从而更直观地呈现中医语言的变迁。 关键词：语言学；符号；中医；阴阳；五脏；准确 Abstract Language is an important communication tool of human beings, through the study of linguistics, one can understand the way of human beings’ expression. Actually, language is a kind of well-established symbol system of human beings for communication. However, due to the change of time and geographical differences, among the ancient, the modern, the oversea and the domestic, human beings used and use different phonetic and physical symbols, even for the same thing. Thus, studying linguistics to understand the similarities and differences of human beings’ expression, you can make a better mastery of the ancient and modern. For traditional Chinese medicine, studying linguistics will bring easier understanding of the ancient writings for the modern people and more accurate of expression of modern Chinese medicine, for the sake of better academic inheritance, development, exchange and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine. Among the words in traditional Chinese medicine, there are many words changing meaning. So taking yin and yang, the five zang-organs and other common words as examples to show vivid changes of the language of traditional Chinese medicine based on linguistics.
