腰背软组织损伤中西医综合治疗 【摘要】目的：探讨中西医综合治疗腰背软组织 损伤疼痛综合征的优势，优选临床疼痛治疗方法，减少和降 低疼痛治疗的并发症。方法：在90例腰背软组织损伤综合 征患者中，根据不同病情采用多种中西医治疗，主要方法有 硬脊膜外阻滞+穴位+疼点、紙管阻滞+穴位+疼点、枝川疗法 +按摩等。结果：近期疗效(半年内)痊愈人数占74.44%, 显效人数占13. 33%,好转人数占11. 11%,总有效率为98. 88%o 远期疗效，6个月至2年随访治愈人数占87. 19%,显效人数 占10.26%,好转人数占1.28%,随访总有效率为98. 73%O结 论：在治疗腰背软组织损伤疼痛综合征中，采用中西医结合 治疗的特色方法，疗效显著。中医特色治疗，可取长补短， 优势互补，降低和减少并发症。 【关键词】综合治疗；软组织；穴位注射 Int egra ted Chinese and Wes tern Medicine Therapy on Back of Soft Tissue Injuries/ZHU Chuan-song. //Medical Innovation of China, 2014, 11 (01)： 123-125 [Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of low back pain of soft tissue injury syndrome , optimizing clinical pain treatment and reduce complications and reduce pain therapy. After 6 months to 2 years follow-up, the cured rate of long-dated curative effect was 87. 19%, good effective rate was 7. 69%, the effective rate was 1. 28%, the total effective rate of foilow~up was 98.71%. Conclusion： In the treatment of low back pain of soft tissue injury syndrome , adopt traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment method of characteristics , curative effect is distinct? The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can complement each other? s advantages, and reduce complications.
