The judge is an important part of judges, and the broad masses of the people most closely connected, the importance of self-evident occupation moral construction. The basic-level judges this occupation has certain particularity, the moral quality not only represent the quality of national public officials, but also to some extent affect the case of justice. Further more, to realize the relationship between the state judicial justice and the rule of law. Our country is in a period of rapid development of economy and society, the contradiction is universal and complicated, the judge needs in complex environment, adhere to their own, to maintain justice, the primary judges occupation ethics put forward higher requirements. The basic-level judges as public officials in the judicial work line, facing temptation more, need more honest people, thus promoting a part of basic construction judge occupation ethics is the construction of a clean and honest administration.
