小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预分析 绥芬河市人民医院黑龙江绥芬河157399 【摘要】目的：探究小儿危重病护理评分法对小儿护理进行干预的作用及影响， 从而提高小儿护理的临床水平。方法：选取我院2016年2月至4月之间接收的 小儿危重病患者井100名，将其分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组，每组患者 50名。观察组患者根据小儿危重病护理评分法进行评估后，根据结果选择针对 性的护理措施进行护理；对照组患者则采用常规的危重病护理方法，对两组小儿 危重病患者进行2个月的护理后，观察其病情恢复情况以及并发症情况。结果: 观察组患者病情恢复更快，明显好转，并发症减少；对照组患者恢复情况相对较 慢，并发症相对增多，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小儿危重病护理评 分法能够科学合理的评估小儿危重病的情况，并对病情发展进行预知，对病情的 发展和预防只有极其重要的意义。 【关键词】小儿危重病护理评分法；小儿护理；干预分析 Intervention analysis of pediatric critical care nursing score for pediatric nursing Abstract： Objective： To explore the effect and influence of pediatric critical care nursing score on pediatric nursing intervention, so as to improve the clinical level of pediatric nursing.Methods： A total of 100 critically ill children in our hospital from February to April 2016 were divided into two groups, observation group and control group， 50 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were evaluated according to the Critical Care Nursing Score of Children, and the nursing measures were selected according to the results.In the control group, the patients in the critical care group were treated with routine critical care method for 2 months., To observe the recovery of its condition and complications.Results： The recovery rate of the patients in the observation group was quicker, the recovery rate was obviously improved and the complication was decreased.The patients in the control group had a relatively slow recovery and a relatively higher complication rate (P lt;0.05).Conclusion： Pediatric Critical Care Nursing Scoring Method can evaluate the situation of critically ill children scientifically and reasonably, and predict the development of the disease，which is of great significance to the development and prevention of the disease.
