The correlations between mi R-26 a, PTEN and cl inical data of SLE were stat is ti cal 1 y anal yzed. Dual luciferase reporter system was used to test whether PTEN was the target gene of mi R-26 a. Results The expression of mi R-26 a m RNA in the serum of the SLE patients was higher than that in the healthy people (P 0? 05), and the expression of PTEN m RXA in the PBMCs of the SLE patients was lower than that in the PBMCs of the heal thy people (P 0. 05) . The expression levels of mi R-26 a and PTEN in the patients with SLE were corrclated with C3, anti-ds DNA, ESR
