新生儿感染性肺炎的临床治疗及效果初评 湖南省长沙市中心医院412001 【摘要】目的：研究新生儿感染性肺炎的临床治疗及效果。方法：病例来源： 我院2014年2月-2015年11月住院接受治疗的83例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿。 患儿分组方法：随机抽签法。83例患儿分为一般支持组和盐酸氨溴索组两个组 别。一般支持组常规对症治疗；盐酸氨溴索组加盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入。观察指标： 总有效率；(2)吸痰次数、症状改善时间、住院天数；(3)治疗前和治疗 后患儿血气分析指标的差异。结果：(1)盐酸氨溴索组相比于一般支持组总有效 率更高，X2统计处理有显著差异，P0.05; (2)盐酸氨溴索组相比于一般支持 组吸痰次数、症状改善时间、住院天数更低，t统计处理有显著差异，P0.05； (3)治疗前两组血气分析指标相似，t统计处理无显著差异，P0.05；治疗后 盐酸氨溴索组相比于一般支持组血气分析指标改善更显著，t统计处理有显著差 异，P0.05。结论：新生儿感染性肺炎给予盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗，效果确 切，可有效改善临床症状和血气分析，减少吸痰次数，缩短住院时间，值得推广。 【关键词】新生儿感染性肺炎；临床治疗；效果 【abstract 】objective： to study the clinical treatment and the effect of neonatal infectious pneumonia. Methods： the cases of sources： from February 2014 - November 2015 in the hospital for treatment of 83 cases of neonatal infectious pneumonia in children.
