英文缩略语 英文缩略语 3 英文缩略语 中文摘要中文摘要 中文摘要 中文摘要 本课题在中医理论指导下，进行了慢性肾功能衰竭的中医证候学研究。希 望通过本研究，把握本病发展的基本规律，深入探讨病机，为临床治疗提供指 导。 论文主要包括文献综述和临床证候学研究两部分。 文献综述包括西医综述和中医综述两部分。西医综述主要包括慢性肾功能 衰竭的概念、分期、流行病学、病因学、临床表现、发生机制、治疗等几个方 面；中医综述主要包括对慢性肾功能衰竭病名、病因病位及病机的认识，辨证 论治、灌肠法、外治法、针灸治疗、综合疗法等治疗方法，现代单昧药研究及 复方研究等几个方面。 临床研究部分，观察慢性肾功能衰竭患者99例，根据既有慢性肾功能衰 竭中医证候诊断标准选择调查表中症状，按症状不同程度评分，统计根据Ccr 不同分期各种证型出现的概率及总出现率，并进行比较。并进一步统计调查表 中全部症状根据ccr不同分期的出现率，选择各期出现率大于40％(含40％) 的症状，根据中医理论进行辩证。结果：慢性肾功能衰竭为本虚标实、虚实夹 杂的病证，常见本虚证候为脾肾阳虚与阴阳两虚，阳虚症状出现早，并随病情 进展有加重趋势；邪实证候主要表现为湿热和血瘀，并贯穿慢性肾功能衰竭病 程始终。 通过以上研究，认识到慢性肾功能衰竭中医证候学的特点，同时提出治疗 时应注重其特有的病机特点，选择相应治疗方法，以更好地防治慢性肾功能衰 竭。 主题词：慢性肾功能衰竭透析前中医证候 2 2 慢性肾功能衰竭中医证候学研究 Abstract Study on the traditional Chinese medical syndrome of chronic renaI failure(CRF) This study was based on the traditional Chinese medical theory to research the traditional Chinese medical syndrome 0f chronic renaI failure．We hope to hold the basic rules and discuss the pathogenesis of CRF through the study，and then proVide guidance to our clinical therapy． This thesis includes two parts，review and clinical study on the n‘aditional Chinese medical syndrome． The review Dart includes the review of CRF on modern medicine and TCM．The review on modern medicine includes the concept，the stages， the epidemiology，the etiology，the clinical manifestation，the pathogenesis and the treatment of CRF，While the second part on TCM includes the concept，the etiology，the pathogenesis，the different methods of teatment and the modern study based on TCM theory． In the clinical study part we haVe 99 cases．We chose the symptoms based on the TCM diagnostic standard of CRF，and then graded them according to VariOus degrees of their symptoms．Next we calculated the frequency of each symptom and type according to the diff色rent stages of Ccr and then compared them．We also calculated the frequency of aU the sym
