贵阳地区健康女性阴道分泌物检测结果分析 苏信斌1崔淼淼1文流勇1宋霓虹2 (1贵阳市第二人民医院检验科550018) (2遵义医学院医学检验系09级学牛 贵州贵阳550018) 【摘要】目的：探讨木院体检女性阴道分泌物检测结果在正常人群健康体检 中的意义，保障女性身体健康。方法：对妇科体检对象随机抽取838例阴道分泌 物检测结果进行回顾性分析，分析阴道分泌物感染情况。结果:838例中清洁度为 I度和II度的病例为667例,占总病例数的79.59%； 111度和IV度的病例为171 例，占总病例数的20.41%。阴道分泌物非特异性感染的患者为171例，阴道滴 虫感染的患者为6例，占总病例数的0.72%；阴道真菌感染的患者为29例，占 总病例数的3.46%；阴道单纯白细胞增多感染的患者为136例，占总病例数的 16.23%。结论：通过对女性体检结果的分析，了解女性阴道的健康状况，有利于 疾病早诊断、早治疗。因此，女性定期妇科体检是保障女性身体健康的主要措施。 【关键词】阴道分泌物 阴道炎 真菌 滴虫 【中图分类号】R195.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 14-0080-02 Analysis of vaginal secretions from healthy women in Guiyang district SU xinbin, CUI miaomiao,WEN liuyong,SONG nihong (The second peoples hospital of Guiyang’Guiyang’Guizhou 550018,china) 【Abstract ] Objective: To investigate the significanee of the detection of female vaginal secretions in normal population, and to protect womens health. Methods 838 cases of vagi nal secretions from gyn ecological exami natio n subjects in our hospital were ran domly selected to an a lyze retrospectively, and explored the infection of vaginal secretions. Results: In the vaginal secretions of 838 cases, the cases subjects with cleanliness I and II were 667, accounted for 79.59%; 171 cases were diagnosed with cleanliness III and IV, accounted for 20.41%. As the table 2 in dicated that 171 cases of vagi nal secretions were supposed to non specific in fecti on, and 6 cases were verified to infect on richomonas vaginalis, accounted for 0.72% of the total nu mber of cases; 29 cases were detected to in feet fungi, acco un ted for 3.46%; 136 cases were individually infected on vaginal leukocytosis , accounted fori 6.23% . Conclusion: the female regular gyn ecological exami nation was the main measures to guarantee the physical health of women, and was propitious to early diagnose and treatment disease by exa mi nation of vagina secretions.
