The oxidative stress become the focus of research in recent years, especially ,As the oxidative stress marker , advanced oxidation protein production (AOPP), low density lipoprotein oxidation (OX - LDL)) in kidney disease research are more attractive. In recent years, the study found that AOPP, OX – LDL haved rose in all kinds of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), indicating that the oxidative stress play a role in CKD the occurrence, development and complication formation process. Objective : To discuss th expression and correlation of the AOPP and OX – LDL，analyze the realationship between them among the dialysis patients of the chronic renal failure，on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients，in control group. Methods Fasting venous blood were given based on the inclusion criteria selected patients and control groups，using a double antibody sandwich ELLSA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA) method under test caused test by AOPP，OX-LDL value,while atutomatic biochemical analyzer serum creatinine(Cr), blood utea nitrogen(Bun) and hemoglobin(HGB) level.The data are used SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical processing, using analysis of variance between the different gro
