Abstract
The advancement of qual ity—oriented education in an all—round way has a great deal to do with the cultivation of creatiVe talented personnel and the future of Chines9 education. The key of implementing qual ity—oriented education is the teacher,but the teacher—student re lat ionship i s a key quest ion in the course of teaching. Establ ishing good teacher—student relationship in rural junior high sch001s is of realistic significance not only to the healthy growth of the rural chi 1dren but also to the ideal achievement in the nine—vear
compul sory educat ion system.
Based on the statistic analysis of questionnaire investigations,we have found out the current situation of the rural teacher—student relationship in junior high sch001s and the existing problems:Through dialectical analysis, we haVe found out the sources of the problems and proposed some
s屯rategies and methods to s01ve the problems.
The thesis h01ds the view that teacher—student relationship is a multifadtor relation system in social relationship system, not only reflecting the relationships of social economy, politics and moral but also including the relationship between teaching and 1earning which are essential to the purpose of accompl i shing the task of educat ion and
teaching.
Although in the rural junior middle sch001s the problem of teacher—student relationship is not extremely serious, it is
not
not very satisfying. The problems in rural middle schools may be much more serious than that in urban middle schools in the quantity and degree. Many problems which no longer exist in senior middle schools or the urban middle schools may appear frequently in the countryside junior middle sch001s and they
are in lack of the deserVing attention of the society.
