新生儿脐血IL-4, IL-13, IFN- Y，TGF-B测定及其意义 林荣军金蓉胡素娟 (青岛大学医学院附属医院儿科山东青岛266003) 目的:测定并分析新生儿脐血IL-4, IL-13, IFN-gamma;, TGF-beta; 的含量及其可能的危险因素,探讨脐血IL-4, IL-13, IFN-gamma;, TGF-beta; 含量与6个月内婴儿发牛湿疹可能性的关系。方法用ELISA法测定72例青岛 地区足月顺产健康新生儿(男性38例，女性34例)脐血IL-4, IL-13, IFN-gamma;, TGF-beta;含量，随访并记录家族过敏性疾病史、父母吸烟史、母亲孕期饮食情 况、6个月内婴儿发生湿疹情况等。结果父亲或母亲有过敏性疾病的新生儿脐 血IL-13含量明显高于对照组(Plt;0.01),而TGF?beta;含量明显低于对照组 (Plt;0.01)o父亲或母亲有过敏性疾病新生儿脐血IL-4、IFN-gamma;^量与对照 组差别无统计学意义。父亲或母亲有吸烟史、母亲孕期回避特殊食物新牛儿脐血 IL-4, IL-13, IFN-gamma;, TGF?beta;因子的含量、6个月内发生湿疹的概率与 对照组差别没有统计学意义。6个月内发牛湿疹组婴儿脐血IL-13含量高于对照 组(Plt;0.01),而TGF?beta;含量低于对照组(Plt;0.01), 6个月内发生湿疹 组婴儿脐血IL?4、IFN-gamma;含量与对照组差别无统计学意义。结论父母有 过敏性疾病及发牛湿疹的新牛儿脐血IL-13含量增高，新生儿脐血IL-13 TGF-beta;含量可能对预测以后湿疹等过敏性疾病的发生有一定临床意义。 【关键词】脐血；过敏；婴儿 R72A1008-6455 (2010) 08-0035-02 [Abstract[Objective To survey and analyze the content and the possible risk factors oflL-4, IL-13, IFN-gamma;, TGF-beta; in cord blood of new arrivals. Methods:The cord serum of 72 full?month, normal born, healthy new arrivals in qingdao were analyzed using ELISA for the content of IL-4, IL-13, IFN■gamma;, TGF-beta; including thirty eight boys and thirty four girls.The allergic diseases of parents^moking history of parents,the diet of mothers in pregnance and the occure nee of eczema of infants withi n 6 mon ths were also recorded ?
