早期全程康复护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者康复的影响 陈华君王芳 广元市第三人民医院四川广元628000 目的观察并探索对重型颅脑损伤患者实施早期全程康复护理干 预对其功能康复的影响。方法选择2014年06月至2015年06月期间我科 收治的重型颅脑损伤患者120例，男90例、女30例。所有患者均行头颅CT或 MRI检查并确诊，采用GCS评分，其结果均在3?8分之间。随机分为对照组(56 例)与干预组(64例)，对照组仅进行一般的常规护理、常规时间介入康复护理。 干预组则按照评估■实施■评价的要求，对患者实施早期全程康复护理，以团队合 作的方式进行。两组患者均在入院后的1月、2月及3月后进行日常生活能力 评定、牛活满意度评定及并发症与预后评定。结果对照组患者出院时的并发 症及意外发牛情况均高于干预组(Plt;0.05)；干预组患者2个月及3个月的生活 满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.01)o 结论对重型颅脑损伤患者实施早期全程康复护理干预可有效提高患者的牛 活质量、降低致残率、提高患者牛活满意度，预后良好，值得临床推广。 【关键词】重型颅脑损伤患者；早期全程康复护理干预；并发症；致残率; 生活质量与满意度[Abstract] Objective To observe and explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients withsevere cran iocerebral in jury. Methods 120 cases of severe era niocerebral in jury in our department from 2014 to 2015 06, 30 cases of male andfemale 90 cases, 06 cases of male. All patients underwe nt head CT or MRI exami natio n and con firmed, using GCS score, the results werebetween 8 to 3 points. Randomly divided into the control group (56 cases) and the intervention group (64 cases), the control group receivedrouti ne n ursing and routi ne in terve ntion .In the in terventio n group, the patients were treated with early full rehabilitation nursing and teamcooperation. Two groups of patients were admitted to the hospital in January, March and February after the daily life ability, life satisfactionassessment and complications and prog nosis assessme nt. Results compared with the con trol group, the complicati ons and accidents werehigher than that of the intervention group (Plt;0.05). The patie nts in the in terventi on group were sign ifica ntly higher tha n those in thee on trol group (), and the results were statistically significant (Plt;0.01).
