II II 摘要 目前工程施工现场复杂多变，而且不安定因素众多，施工暴露出来的问题，以及施工 建设项目参差不齐的成本管理水平，都给工程建设项目的成本控制带来了很大的难度与风 险。加强工程建设项目成本管理，走项目成本管理协调统一的路子，这是增强施工企业竞 争力，实现工程建设企业可持续发展的必由之路。 成本管理在施工工程项目管理中的地位越来越重要，本文在分析当前国内外项目成本 管理现状的基础上，结合施工项目开发的过程与特点以及当前的成本管理体制，总结了施 工项目成本控制体系，提出了施工项目成本、进度、质量协调控制管理的思想，并研究了 挣值分析法，运用项目 S 曲线、成本与进度偏差分析表等工具就项目施工过程的成本进行 协调分析与预测，为项目进展提供成本的控制信息，最后列举实例，分析提出了基于挣值 理论的施工项目成本控制中的实际应用。 本文运用协调统一的思想进行工程施工项目建设成本控制，具有非常重要的现实意 义，能够有效进行工程施工项目的成本控制，同时也为其他工程项目的成本控制提供一定 参考意义。 关键词：施工；项目；成本；控制 III III Abstract Complex construction site now， and many factors of instability， the problems exposed construction， and construction cost management of construction projects uneven level， gave the cost control of construction projects is a big difficulty and risk.
