沮州医学院硕士学位论文Clinical 沮州医学院硕士学位论文 Clinical anatomical study of lag screw internal fixation in the anterior and posterior column ofthe acetabulum Abstract． [Objective]To provide anatomical basis for the placement of lag sa删in the anterior and posterior column ofthe acctabolum． [Methods]Twelve normal adult pelves including seven male and five female pelves for the study．All specimens、^啪sectioned across eminentia-iliopubica perpendicularly to the anterior surface of the anterior column in the front of the acetabulum,and across the middle of the acetabulum perpendicularly to the posterior blllface ofthe posterior colorrm in the pone ofthe acetabulum．The two cross-sections confluenced at the quadrilateral district and the acetabulum was cut to two fTactiollS．A Kirschner pin was put downward through the center point of the cross．sccfion of the anterior and posterior eolurnn of the acetabulum,Then the twO fractious of the aeetabulum werc repositioned anatomically,and the Kirsehner pin Was forced rctrogradely with the help ofa drill．The projection po缸ofthe pin(the entrance point ofthe lag screw)on the post-lateral surface ofthe iliae bone Was named Pand on the inner surface of the iliae bone was named P’．A designed line AB WaS drawn connecting the deepest portion of the incisora ischiadiea major(A)and the intcrspinous notch of the spina iliaca anterior superior and the spina iliaca anterior inferior(B)．A designed line ab was drawn connecting the anterior borderline of the sacroiliac joint(a)and the basement of the spina iliaca anterior inferior(b)．Line PD Was perpendicular to the line AB．The intersectal of the line PD and line AB named D；the intersectal of the line PD and the superior margin of the aeetabulum named E． Line P’d Was perpendicular to the line ab．The intersectal of the line Pd and line ab named d．Then the follow were measured：1．The distance of ABAD，PD，PE，ab,ad，P’d． 2．The angle between the Kirschner pin of the anterior column and the horizontal plane(o)，the angle
