激励机制在护理管理中的应用价值 中日友好医院干部医疗一病区主管护师北京100029 【摘要】目的:木文旨在探讨激励机制在护理管理工作的应用价值。方法:我 院在重视护士个人需求的的基础上,在2015年釆用报酬激励、工作激励、自我 激励、加强学习与培训、多模式目标激励等激励手段,激发和调动护理工作者的 工作积极性,对比在应用激励机制前(2014年)与应用激励机制后(2015年) 我院护理工作在医生与患者满意度,理论与技能合格率,差错率以及患者满意度 的差异。结果:2015年对我院护理工作者采用激励机制后,医生满意度提高为 97.8%,技能操作合格率提高为96.2%,理论合格率提高为92.9%,差错率降低为 1.0%,患者满意度提高为98.5%%均优于激励前的2014年,2014年与2015年比 较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)o结论:作为护理管理工作者,要想充分调 动护士的积极性,就必须采取科学有效的管理方法。将激励机制在护理管理工作 进行应用,能够激发和调动护理工作者的积极性和创造力,促使医护人员高效率 与高水准完成工作任务,该方法值得在未来的护理管理中继续摸索和突破。 【关键词】激励机制;护理管理;护理工作者 Incentive value in nursing management 【Abstract】 Objective: This article aims to explore the value of incentives to work in nursing administration. Results: 2015 in our hospital care workers use incentives to improve physician satisfaction was 97.8%, improving skills to operate the pass rate was 96.2%, the theoretical pass rate increased to 92.9%, the error rate is reduced to 1.0%, patient satisfaction increased to 98.5 %% in 2014 were better than before incentives, in 2014 compared with 2015, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: As a nursing management workers, in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the nurses, they must adopt a scientific and effective management methods.
